I found some cheap canvas journals that I decided to decorate.

I inked the canvas, in this case with Night of Navy. I used On Board Ginormous Pieces chipboard which I inked with Craft White, Craft Rose Red, and Classic Night of Navy.

I Modge Podged to seal it all, and have a patriotic journal!

I was inspired by some scrapbook pages I was working on for my Navy son.
